Your health, Your decision

It starts with your mind. Your view. How you look at the world. Don’t worry if you don’t have the “best view” now. Own your thoughts. That’s step one. We start from there. Because thoughts are sometimes random, out of our control, fleeting and often, just thoughts.

Now, move your awareness through those thoughts. Give your thoughts credit. Allow them to exist. Bring them to the forefront. Just examine your thoughts. Work hard on understanding them. If you start to feel stuck in thinking, or you are starting to over think, recognize this. Then let your thoughts go….and become aware of just YOU. Because, you are not your thoughts. If this is the moment you would like to release any thoughts that do not serve YOU, then start now. Ready? Breathe in oxygen. From your nose. And pause in this moment to sit. And breathe…

Give yourself that gift. Pause, inhale…..hold for four (count to four...1...2...3...4...), now exhale and count to four…1….2…3…4…. Repeat this starting with inhaling thoughts of life, breath, hope, destiny, wellness…hold the breath for 4…..3….2….1……, again, exhale for 1…2....3...4.. exhale any thoughts that you have been wanting to let go of…….and breathe each incoming breath deeper while you expand your lungs. Oxygen is life. Breathing heals. Connect with YOURSELF through your breath and let all thoughts flee, holding on to only those thoughts that serve YOU in this moment…….
