As humans, we thrive on simplicity. And energy conservation. That is why foods that have preservatives and chemicals are so costly. These same foods cause cancer, heart disease and autoimmune disorders.
Diets do not work because they do not address the blockages to change. We must tackle the harder issues. The internal ones. Once we can identify those we have a shot at lasting health. Change for good. Health for life. The only difference between eating well for life and eating disease for life lies in our perspective. It’s going to take some effort. In the beginning. Then it becomes a no brainer. Literally.
